DMCA and copyright
PlanetSofts does not host software files. Every download link points to the developer's own site or an official app store.
Because we never store or redistribute installers, copyright concerns about a program itself should go to the site that hosts it. If you believe text, images or other material on PlanetSofts.com infringes your copyright or trademark, send us a notice and we will review it promptly.
What to include
- Your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder if you act on their behalf.
- A description of the work you believe is infringed.
- The URL of the page on PlanetSofts.com where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, the law or fair use.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
How to send it
Use our contact form and choose Copyright or legal (DMCA) as the topic. Developers who simply want a listing updated or removed can use the same form.
