Todoist
FreeA cross-platform to-do list and task manager with projects, recurring dates and shared workspaces.
About Todoist
Todoist is a task manager that lets you capture tasks quickly, organise them into projects and set due dates, including recurring ones. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS and syncs across them, with a web app as well.
The Google Play listing describes it as a planner and habit tracker for both personal and professional use. Tasks can be shared and assigned in projects, which makes it usable for small teams as well as individuals. Natural-language entry lets you type a date into a task and have it recognised.
Todoist has a free plan and paid upgrades through in-app purchases. We do not quote prices here as they vary by plan and region. It suits people who want a clean list-based system that is quick to use on every device. If you prefer a calendar-first or kanban-first approach, other tools may feel closer to your workflow. A Todoist account is required for sync.
The free plan is enough to judge the workflow. Upgrade only if you hit its limits on projects or features.
